Pleasant malty quality to the flavor, and the salt/sugar balance definitely favors the former. Cocoa flavor is hard to pick out among the malt and salt, but it's a nice departure from expectations.

Flavor that is an absolute punch in the face, this should not be missed. Very chalky, but for a good cause— incredibly strong and tasty cocoa flavor, plenty of cream, sweetness, and salt. Simply one of the best I have ever had!
Impressively thin, smooth, creamy, flavorful— everything you could want in a chocolate milk. May be too sweet for some, but the flavor is densely packed and goes down very quickly— the cup is gone before you know it!
Creamy taste balances well with the lower level of sweetness, very enjoyable and surprisingly simple ingredients.
Despite the same ingredients as Le Gall Bio, this was much more pleasant tasting (no rum-like quality)— perhaps the Le Gall Bio was past its prime? This is a relatively bland drink with moderate cocoa flavor and sweetness.
Much more cocoa taste than sweetness, which is a welcome difference. Feels highly dark-chocolate inspired, and pulls that off well in liquid form. Its dark appearance is nicely congruent with the taste, very well executed.
Strong rum-like scent and flavor, highly chalky texture. There is a bit of cocoa flavor mixed in, but it’s unfortunately dominated by a rummy/boozy taste.
Thin and quite chalky but a solid cocoa taste that is not overpowering. Significant roughness to the tongue when finished, even leaving the mouth a little dry, but worth it for the flavor.
