Seems identical to Great Value 1%, the flavor isn’t noticeably different in any way.
More sweet than anything else, but has that very standard, big-jug chocolate milk taste and consistency that hearkens back to many of our childhoods.
Sweet and salty and lacking in direct cocoa flavor. Inoffensive and very average.
Decently creamy for relatively low fat, the German version is much preferred to the more southern-European Nesquiks that contain cinnamon. This tastes like a decently well-rounded chocolate milk that (blindly) I would not have associated with the Nesquik brand. The thickness feels artificial though.
Adequately salty and creamy, but the cocoa flavor is hard to locate. Overall, still a drinkable and flavorful experience with a decent amount of wasted potential on the chocolate side of the ledger.
The flavor is not bad, but the texture is way too thick for my liking. The cocoa flavor is mature (not overly sweetened) and tamed way down from the ‘dark’ version. If I could lower the viscosity, I would enjoy it more.
Straight down the middle in a lot of categories, this is a nice, average chocolate milk. Nothing particularly stands out, and the slightly thinner than average viscosity is welcomed. Solid, but ultimately forgettable.
Chalky texture and fairly powdery chocolate flavor, otherwise a competent and enjoyable drink.

Creamy and solidly balanced from a flavor standpoint. The chocolate flavor has a bit of a ‘rummy’ quality to it that has been present in other chocolate milks as well. Still a solid choice, especially for the lactose averse.
Strong cocoa flavor, but lacking a bit of salt and cream. There’s a powdery quality to the aftertaste that is slightly drying to your mouth.
Exactly what it claims to be: “OK.” Very similar in look and taste (and ingredients) to Cremo Choky, and only slightly less flavorful as far as I could tell. The sweetness seemed to have just a tiny bit of fruity quality, which I did not detect in the Choky.
Decent flavor for what it is, but not overly chocolaty. The flavor is a rather mildly malty one, it’s better than no flavor at all (like Migros Energy Drink Choco). The salt is definitely more noticeable as well, which helps significantly.
One of the best-looking products I’ve seen (a shame it’s inside a box!), but this lactose-free version has a hint of a ‘burnt coffee’ taste to me— just a tiny bit. Otherwise, it is well balanced across the board.
Extremely smooth texture and strong flavor— though it’s a bit of an odd one. It tastes like it’s emulating chocolate candy as opposed to chocolate. Sweet, and nice to drink, but missing the real flavor of cocoa.
Strong cocoa taste, but not much else going for it. Definitely the darkest chocolate milk I’ve seen yet, and the cocoa aspect did not disappoint, but it’s missing the other factors to make it great. Texture suffers from what feels to be an artificial thickening.
Overall a nice, thin texture and sweetness that is not overpowering. Sweet/salty combination is done well but could use a stronger cocoa presence.
Very nice creamy taste, quite like vanilla milk. No hint of chocolate that I can detect. Sweet and creamy is still good— by looks it wouldn’t surprise you either as it’s the lightest and grayest I’ve seen yet.
Relatively thin, smooth, and has a cognac-y taste. Very sweet, not particularly chocolaty but enjoyable enough taste and experience to finish the glass.
