Leads with cocoa-- a strong, sourish / mature cocoa flavor seizes your tastebuds right away and takes you on a uniquely tasty journey that ends with a clean aftertaste, ultimately whetting your palate for another draw. Both under-sweet and under-salty, it's well balanced and affords the chocolate flavor the lion's share of the limelight. The only chocolate milk I've seen to date that has 'butter' as an ingredient-- I can't pick it out per-se, but bonus point for the novelty!
More coffee than chocolate-- but that's certainly no complaint. As one who likes sweet coffee, this is enjoyable stuff with an honest caffeine kick before you can polish off the pint. There's a slight astringency in the afterglow that is noticeable but doesn't hamper the overall plus experience.
Well-imagined cookies & cream flavor with no shortage of sweetness to get its point across. The creamy non-homogenized base furthers the 'cream' part of C&C-- lending to an authenticity that many of its peers lack.
Tasty initial maltiness that is carried through to the end by its gorgeous creamline body-- this is uniquely delicious and indulgent despite an under-reliance on chocolatiness.
Pleasant sweetness up front, followed by an average-to-mild cocoa flavor and minimal back-end baggage. It finishes clean, but I'm left unsatisfied by the incongruence between the prominent Hershey's co-branding and the lackluster chocolate presence in the look and more importantly, the flavor.
Massive chocolate presence, resolutely on the dark/mature end of the spectrum-- and it hits you early and often (and even stays late!). Its thin body (like many raw milks) delivers the flavor rapidly and with uniformity-- and to an extent, feels overburdened with the task, as there is a noticeable cocoa grit that you will feel throughout. Super unique from both a flavor, texture, and even visual standpoint-- it's a fun one to try, and I recommend seeking it out if you're a fan of drinkable dark cocoa.
Excellently warm and creamy texture with a grassy nod at the very end, but otherwise rather bland from a flavor standpoint. It's still enjoyable to sip given its lovely base and texture, but the cocoa flavor is a bit off (almost has a maple syrup hint to it) despite being rather muted.
Excellently warm and buttery with a bright cocoa presence that is somehow both supported by and supporting the cream-- it just works well together. From first sip to the very last, it's consistently rewarding and should satisfy anyone's creamline chocolate milk craving with relative facility and grace.
Intriguing combination of thin, undersweet, and strongly chocolaty, in a mature sense. It drinks easily, and is very enjoyable despite the obvious lack of a cream presence. It isn't watery, but feels that way physically, but ultimately does more with less-- I'm happy to make my way through a half gallon of this on most days.
Paralyzingly brilliant (low) viscosity to (high) creaminess factor-- it drinks like a dream, disperses perfectly, and carries a grassy character throughout that pays respectful homage to its pastoral origins. The cocoa flavor is present more so in the latter third of the sip, and then exists gracefully to a stronger, more durable buttery cream presence that continues to gild your inner oral cavity with warmth. Shake it early and often, as the cocoa settles quickly, and rest assured the connection to your food may never have been so intimate and direct.
Densely drinkable fully-burdened with chocolate (first) and malt (second)-- a truly unique treat that concludes with a confidently creamy sustain and mild honey afterglow. The flavors cooperate rather than compete, and result in and indulgence you've not likely experienced before. And if you have, you'll want to do it all over again.
Delicious mix of chocolate and malt with a creamy body that is certainly up to the task of delivering and sustaining the flavors. I can't distinguish the flavor from the former (non-A2) chocolate milk-- it's equally indulgent and rewarding.
Paralyzingly creamy from initial contact through to blissful repose-- it has one of the most luxurious textures I've had the pleasure of experiencing to date, gilding any and all surfaces with buttery Jersey cream. Flavorwise, it leans more malty than overtly chocolaty. Its warm afterglow lasts minutes beyond the pint; I suspect that the impact on your soul will last significantly beyond that.
Wow-- quite a different experience! It's shockingly under sweet, under salty, yet quite thick and deceptively creamy. A few sips into it, I'm starting to appreciate it more-- and the novelty does carry some cachet with me after having over 1,500 different chocolate milks (many of which fit into common paradigms).
Densely flavorful with a salty/malty bite in the latter third of each sip which provides a tasty and mouthwatering exit-- imploring you to take another sip (which you'll gladly do). The cocoa flavor is strongest upfront, and then folds gracefully into the aforementioned wave. It's extremely well-built and indulgently flavorful from beginning to end.

There's additional novelty to the cocoa profile, as it has not undergone the typical dutch process-- imparting a brighter, and slightly tactile cocoa presence throughout.
Fantastic buttery cream (with a hint of grass on the back-end), sweet-salty balance, and prominent cocoa flavor-- all the trappings of a top-notch creamline chocolate milk that overdelivers happiness to and through the palate.
A warm descent into cocoa-creaminess rewards the mouth and soul in equal proportions, and causes you to seriously question past chocolate milk choices without making you feel bad about them.
Thick, creamy texture with a prominent grassy presence, hint of honey sweetness and a back-end Stevia bite. The search for any semblance of cocoa flavor lasted for 3 cups and was ultimately called off. I very much appreciate the texture and wildness factor, but simply put, the flavor falls well short of modest expectations and the choice to use Stevia (despite being a natural sweetener) causes a rather unnatural-feeling and suboptimal-tasting experience. Points for uniqueness though.
Luxuriously creamy throughout, from first contact to lasting afterglow— imparting a delicious medium cocoa flavor on every surface it graces. If all chocolate milk felt as rewarding as this, the world would be a much better place!
