It's not particularly wild or 'goaty' for those concerned about that-- it remains confidently under-sweet and cocoa-focused-- and I applaud the commitment to making chocolate milk that feels like: chocolate, milk.

It's got a strong cocoa flavor of medium sweetness, and a beefy body does its job more than adequately to deliver the flavor and elevate the experience as one of indulgence and bliss.
Brilliantly thin with generous cocoa and lavishly grassy undertones, it's a unique treasure to enjoy raw chocolate milk like this. Its thin viscosity is devoid of any starches, thickeners, or emulsifiers could prove to be a hurdle for the uninitiated. But it's a hurdle well worth pursuing.
